Four Days in May  2012

May 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th - 2012

• Wednesday May 16th

  7.30pm- 9:30pm Registration (collect FDIM badge and goody bag).
  We'll be in the Challenger room for registration.
  
  There will be tables set up for visiting with old friends or making new ones.
  
  Shuttle bus tickets will be on sale - $15 per person
  

• Thursday May 17th

  7:00am - Registration will be outside the ballroom (collect FDIM badge and goody bag).
  
  8:00am - 4:00pm Seminar in the Main Ballroom. (This requires Seminar Registration).
                              All attendees will receive a copy of the presentations.
                              Complimentary refreshments will be available before the seminar and during the morning break.
                              We will break for lunch (eat in the hotel or at one of the nearby restaurants) at around 12:30pm.
                              Raffle tickets will go on sale during the breaks.
  
  8:30am - 5:00pm Stitchin' in Dayton (Alternate activity for the spouse in the Armstrong Room).
  
  4:00pm - 8:00pm Buildathon - with Rex Harper W1REX
                                  All parts and tools supplied !
                                  Registration is required - details TBC
  
  7:00pm - 8:00pm Homebrew Contest Registration  (Setup display for home brew projects).
  
  8:00pm Meet the Authors / Show and Tell  (Main Ballroom)  + Fun night + (Ballroom)
  
  This is a great opportunity to come out and visit with the Speakers from the days seminar as well as a chance to meet some avid QRPers.
  There will be space available to bring your favorite amateur radio items for a casual show and tell.
  We'll be in the large banquet room and should have plenty space to enjoy the speakers, company, and equipment.
  
  8:30pm - 10:00pm Vendor Night and Contests
  

• Friday May 18th

  Hamvention.
  
  7:30am - 9:30am  Shuttle buses pick up at the hotel entrance to take you to the Hamvention
                                    (buy your ticket on Wednesday or Thursday !)                                
  
  8:30am - 5:00pm  Stitchin' in Dayton (Alternate activity for the spouse in the Armstrong Room).
  
  7:00pm - 8:00pm Homebrew Contest Registration  (Setup display for home brew projects).
  
  8:00pm Homebrew Display and Judging (Ballroom).
  
  8:00pm - 10:00pm Radio Show and Tell   Meet and Greet ( setup 7:30) (Ballroom).
  
  8:00pm - 10:00pm Vendor Night (Vendor setup at 7.30pm) (Ballroom).

• Saturday May 19th

  7:30am - 9:30am  Shuttle buses pick up at the hotel entrance to take you to the Hamvention
                                    (buy your ticket on Wednesday or Thursday !)                                
  
  8:30am - 5:00pm Stitchin' in Dayton (Alternate activity for the spouse in the Armstrong Room)
  
  7:00pm Awards Banquet (This requires banquet registration) (Ballroom).
  
  9:00pm Post Banquet - Chat  Session  - Bring QSLs to exchange! (Ballroom).
