All hotel rooms are reserved but we are taking names on a waiting list (click on the Hotel Rooms button).
If you have a room already reserved you MUST check your details on the Room List ! Check that your name is correct
Check that the nights reserved are correct
You must call the hotel to guarantee your room with a credit card.
If you have already called the hotel, then your record will be marked as 'guaranteed'.

Hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn are $109 per night (plus 12.5% tax).
Rooms booked via the FDIM website will include complimentary breakfast.
There are three styles of room -- Double / Double (with 2 double beds)
- King / Sofa (king size bed and large sofa-bed)
Please reserve your place on the waiting list using the form on this site (click on the Hotel Rooms button in the menu at the top).
Your request will be passed to the FDIM Rooms Manager - Cynthia Richard.
If successful your registration will appear in the Room List (but it may take a few days before being updated).
Keep checking the Room List until your booking is allocated a confirmation number.
When your confirmation number is published you should call the hotel to confirm the room.
Please do not call the hotel until you have your confirmation number !
When you do call, use the direct hotel number ( 937-426-7800 ) do not call Central Reservations
Please ensure you give your credit card details !
Your room may not be held if you do not provide your card number - if the hotel do not ask for it, then you should request that it is recorded.
